Nutella Stuffed Chocolate NYC Cookies; ludicrously thick, soft, chewy chocolate cookies with a gooey chocolate hazelnut centre.
You’ve seen the Levain Bakery Style NYC Cookies, you’ve seen the White Chocolate Peanut Butter NYC Cookies.
Now let me transport you to a haven of pure filth with these Nutella Stuffed Chocolate NYC Cookies.
Gigantic chocolatey beasts that you just need to try!
These cookies are inspired (obviously) by the famous cookies found in New York bakeries such as Levain and Chip. Having never had the chance to visit New York, let alone these iconic bakeries, I have a mild obsession with trying to recreate their recipes.
They are, by nature, enormous. Big heavy handfuls of cookie that can serve as an actual meal or are great to split and share with whoever is lucky enough to be beside you. These Nutella Stuffed Chocolate NYC Cookies are guaranteed to satisfy even the hungriest of chocolate lovers.
Bite through a gently crisp thin crust to find a glorious gooey centre. The softness of just-baked cookie dough and the sweet nostalgic flavour of Nutella. The chocolate chips and (optional) nuts are just added bonuses. You’ll get as much crunch and squish as your mouth can handle.
But but but – how do you get the Nutella in there??
My friends, this is the delicious secret I cannot wish to share with you…
